The Harvest Moon has always marked two things: abundance and release. A gathering of what you've grown, and a gentle nudge that asks us to let something go.
This evening is built around that exact rhythm.
We'll open with Blue Lotus tea, known for unlocking intuition and easing the nervous system into deep meditation. Following up with slow, candlelit yoga to unwind the body. Then settle in for a full spectrum sound bath, layered tones designed to support integration and move you into stillness you can actually feel.
No experience needed. No performing, no pushing. Just your open heart to receive.
